In this project we got a linoleum block and carved the light values of the picture and left the dark values sticking out. After the carving process we Inked our block with our choice of ink in any mixture of colors we wanted and printed it on to slightly damp paper. I liked this project because you can make your print as abstract or as realistic as you want and choose any colors you want. One thing that I didn't like was how the picture prints backwards. I also struggled with not getting paint on the light values while printing.
